Our ready-built houses can be built in 3 months, once the foundation is poured. The utilities, topography, and local requirements are variable, but RIVAHAUS always pushes to complete this phase as quickly as possible. 

The price we provide, is the cost to build the home on the foundation.  Because the landscape can utility costs can vary, those costs will be in addition to the property.
